There was a time when April in Ibiza was a month of silence—the last breath before the summer storm. But this 2026, Chinois has decided to break the rules. The "Sonic Temple" in Marina Botafoch has just announced its most ambitious April schedule to date: 14 massive events in 30 days, a figure that not only sets a record for the club but redefines what "pre-season" means on the White Isle.

An Underground Kick-off

The marathon begins today, April 2nd, with the return of TRIP. Curated by Johannes Goller, this party has become the go-to refuge for residents and clubbers seeking unfiltered music. For the opening, they feature the incomparable Seth Troxler, a figure who embodies the Ibiza mystique. But TRIP doesn't stop there; throughout the month, it will host talents like Enzo Siragusa, Arapu, and Traumer, keeping the pulse of the finest minimal and tech-house sounds.

Easter Weekend: From Brazil to Organic Vibes

Easter weekend will be a showcase of diversity. On Friday, April 3rd, Brazil's Maz brings his signature Afro-house, fueled by percussion and Portuguese vocals, a sound currently dominating global dancefloors. On Sunday the 5th, the energy shifts towards the mystical with BOHO, where Satori will deliver his hypnotic live performance, blending electronics with world music influences for a night designed to let time dissolve.

The Return of Legends and the NYC Seal

The second half of the month raises the stakes. We will see the club debut of Ilario Alicante and the return of Maceo Plex, two titans who need no introduction. However, one of the most anticipated moments for purists will be on April 22nd, when the legendary NYC label Nervous Records takes control. Seeing pioneers like Todd Terry and Josh Wink sharing the booth with Harry Romero and the gospel-infused voice of Julie McKnight is a rare opportunity to relive the roots of House music in an intimate setting.

IMS Closing and the Detroit Connection

April culminates with two major highlights. First, on April 24th, Chinois will host the Official IMS After Party (International Music Summit). The night will be led by the London collective Appetite and will feature Eliza Rose, the voice behind some of the biggest recent UK house hits.

Finally, on April 30th, the club officially kicks off its season opening weekend with a golden duo: Carl Craig and Moodymann. Bringing Detroit royalty to close the month is a clear statement of intent from Chinois: this is a place for music with history
