Angerfist and The Obsessed announce collaborative single ‘Five Day Bender’
Dutch hardcore artist Angerfist has teamed up with Scottish hard techno producer The Obsessed for a new collaboration out now via Filth on Acid.
Angerfist, the alias of Dutch producer Danny Masseling, has been active in the hardcore scene for more than two decades, while The Obsessed has emerged from Scotland's underground techno and rave scene.
‘Five Day Bender’ is built around fast, distorted percussion and slamming drums, shocking synths and all out energy that reflects both artists' production style with The Obsessed's acid-leaning sounds also shining through.
The release follows The Obsessed's previous appearance on Filth on Acid with ‘Colombia’, while Angerfist continues to amass a catalogue spanning hardcore, industrial and other harder styles.
‘Five Day Bender’ will be released as a two-track single, featuring an Extended Mix alongside a Radio Edit.
