ADE 2026: MIXMAG’S GUIDE TO FIVE DAYS IN AMSTERDAM

By Wednesday, October 21, Amsterdam is already in ADE mode. Clubs run late, warehouses open their doors, unexpected spaces turn into dancefloors and half the city seems to be heading somewhere else. Plans made weeks ago rarely survive the first night.

That is the beauty and the problem of ADE. There is always another lineup, another room, another reason to cross the city. Five days can disappear quickly when everything feels essential.

So we made our selection. Not a definitive list, and not an attempt to cover every corner of the programme. These are the moments we would make time for: big rooms and smaller ones, familiar names alongside lineups that deserve a closer look, and nights with enough character to cut through the sheer volume of ADE.
